Every session is shaped around what you need. A typical refresher includes any combination of:

First-Lesson Assessment
Your instructor spends the first part of lesson one assessing your current skills, then adjusts the plan on the spot.
You Choose the Pace
Book one lesson or several. No package lock-in — stop whenever you feel ready, because you set the goal.
Refresher Lesson Pricing
R300 per lesson in a manual vehicle — each lesson is a full hour of one-on-one driving time.
Pay as you go — no packages, no contracts. Book one lesson, or as many as you need.
Note: refresher lessons do not include a driver’s test booking. These are confidence-building sessions for already-licensed drivers. If you need to book or re-sit a test, please ask about our full packages.

How long is a refresher lesson?
Each lesson is a full hour of one-on-one driving time in a manual vehicle.
I have not driven in 10, 15, even 20 years. Is that too long?
Not at all. Long breaks are exactly what refresher lessons are for, and we start at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Am I too old for refresher lessons?
There is no upper age limit. As long as you hold a valid licence, we are happy to help you regain your confidence.
Will I be judged for needing this?
Never. Our instructors are supportive and patient, and we see refresher lessons as a smart, responsible choice.
Do lessons happen in your car or mine?
Lessons take place in our manual instruction vehicle, which is set up for safe coaching.
Your car is manual but I drive an automatic. Will the lesson still help me?
Yes. The core skills of observation, control, parking, and road confidence carry across both, and training in a manual often builds even sharper vehicle awareness.
What if I panic during the lesson?
That is completely normal and we are used to it. We slow down, pull over if needed, and only move forward when you feel ready.
Will this affect my licence in any way?
No. Refresher lessons are private coaching sessions and nothing is reported or recorded against your licence.
How many lessons will I need?
It varies from person to person. Some feel ready after one or two sessions, while others prefer a few more. There is no obligation to book a set number.
Can we focus on just one thing, like highways or parking?
Absolutely. We tailor each lesson to whatever you most want to work on.
Can a family member come along in the back seat?
In most cases, yes. Just mention it when booking and we will let you know what works best.
