By signing this form, you agree that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions in this document and on our website www.drivingrus.co.za and that you consider it binding.

I have read and understand the price list and fee structure, including goods and services that are included and excluded from all packages and for my own cost.

Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged for as if the service has been rendered.

We shall have the right to cancel and withold services from any client if we are of the opinion that they are acting reckless, or might cause damadge to other persons or vehicles.

No refunds will be given for any payments you have made to us, or services booked and cancelled for whatever reason. No credit may be transferred from one client to another for any reason.

Any money paid to us or credit that you might have, must be used within a period of 90 days from the first payment date. After this period, you will forfeit such money or credit without notice.

Driving R Us CC will not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind for whatever reason that may occur to any client or their property. The client/parent and next of kin do hereby release Driving R Us CC from all such claims.

We do not take part in any form of corruption.
